So the new back light replaced by your dealer worked only for 2 days after spending 9k rupees for the repair, this shows the quality of your product is POOR, if you say that your quality is good then at the first place it should have not failed within 2.5 years secondly of newly bought TV, secondly after replacing the new back light its should have not failed in 2 days of working, thirdly if the above 2 points are ok then I strongly doubt that the so called new part replaced should be a local part, fourthly your service centre workmanship should be POOR.Д«y this as a customer I have given your brand an opportunity by buying and enjoying the product but now after experiencing the product its one among the 3rd rated product and I will make sure that I will not buy any more and even recommend your product to anyone in the market. After 2 months we came back to Chennai on and ran the TV, in that evening we encountered the same problem again only the audio works but not the Video.

I encountered a problem in my above said TV in the month of Aug 2020, I contacted your customer care team, your service centre person came inspected the TV and confirmed that the backlight got failed (it got failed within 2.5 years from the date of purchase), to have it replaced the TV has to be taken to the service centre only said your technician, for which I told ok.ДЄfter repair the TV was handed over to me on the next day basis my request, as I was travelling to my native place on a personal work on that night. I recording all the documents for further move. Hope someone is readying my mail and expect responsible person to revert on the same.

I am highly DISSATISFIED on the product, service and the way your customer care treated me, all incapableness together. The above mentioned is the LIVE feedback by myself as a customer and the proof on the quality of the product, spares, poor service. I sincerely request to arrange the refund of 10K I paid. I spent 10k for repairing the TV, pls arrange to refund it back, pls avoid me post your product performance and the metal agony in have undergone on the blocks / social media.ДЄs you are aware that the back bone of sales is the CUSTOMER WORD OF MOUTH, me done study on the blocks before I bought it but your service is nerve racking experience.

Your service team brought the TV today after repair and fitted it, switched on the TV the same old complaint persists, the back light gone (only Audio & no video).
